Hyperallergic is seeking a full-time Ad Operations Manager to assist our growing team in managing and implementing all of our advertising campaigns.


The Ad Ops Manager will oversee the entire campaign delivery lifecycle from a technical perspective, including

  • Manage advertising insertion orders
  • Create internal production schedules to guide execution of each campaign and ensure timely approvals and launch
  • Set up future campaigns in the ad server (DFP)
  • Act as quality check on all creative sent by clients
  • Monitor and optimize campaign delivery and performance
  • Support sales with general day-to-day traffic and inventory inquiries
  • Create campaign reports


  • Well versed in digital media, specifically ad products, with at least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
  • Prior experience with Google DoubleClick for Publishers a plus
  • Strong analytical thinker with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proactive learner
  • Excellent computer skills (particularly Excel)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
